Order Processing
All orders are processed and verified within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a separate email with your tracking number.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days after your order has been shipped, depending on your location. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email within 48 hours of your order being shipped. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system. If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at info@survivalzone.co.
International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. Survival Zone has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, carrier disruptions, holidays, or customs processing. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us and we will do everything we can to assist you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@survivalzone.co within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Survival Zone is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order.
