Our Guarantee
At Survival Zone, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your order, we'll make it right. Please read the details below so you know exactly what to expect.
Standard Orders
If you find yourself unsatisfied with your order, please contact us at info@survivalzone.co within 90 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a refund, you must include your order number and a clear explanation of the issue with supporting proof (photos or video).
We accept refunds for justifiable reasons, including:
- Wrong item received
- Manufacturing defect or flaw
- Damaged during shipping
- Product not as described
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Returns
If a return is required, our team will provide you with return instructions after reviewing your request. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was caused by an error on our end (wrong item, defective product, or shipping damage).
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 90 days after delivery
- Change of mind with no product issue
- Items that have been excessively used or intentionally damaged
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@survivalzone.co with photos showing the issue. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be in processing and we may be unable to cancel it. If an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you would need to request a refund after delivery.
Survival Club Subscription Refunds
Your Survival Club membership is billed at $29.99 every 30 days. You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account at https://survivalzone.co/pages/membership
- Emailing info@survivalzone.co
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
If you were charged by mistake (for example, you forgot to cancel before the billing date), contact us at info@survivalzone.co and we will review your request. Refund requests for subscription charges are reviewed and processed within 24–48 hours. Upon request, we may refund your most recent billing charge at our discretion.
Once a billing cycle has been processed and membership benefits have been accessed, that charge is generally non-refundable. Cancellation stops all future charges but does not retroactively refund previous billing cycles.
Digital Products
All digital products including ebooks, guides, and checklists are non-refundable once delivered, as they cannot be returned.
